Win-Back text messages

What are Win-Back offers?

After a customer completes a purchase in your online store, special offers and discounts are sent out to this specific customer. This is called a Post-Purchase offer. 

These offers can be sent immediately or days/weeks after purchase. There is no limit on how many Post-Purchase text messages are set. They do not stop until the end of the marketing funnel unless the recipient unsubscribes.

Setting up Win-Back text messages

To activate Win-Back text messages, in your CartBoss Dashboard, go under Messages -> Win-Back:
