Abandoned cart text messages

What is an abandoned cart?

When somebody adds a product to their online shopping cart but doesn't complete their order, they are considered an abandoned cart. To recover this specific person, you can get in touch with them via text messages. 

If the person has been on the checkout page and has entered their phone number, CartBoss has the option now to send them text messages for recovering abandoned carts. Recovering abandoned carts with text messages works on autopilot. 

To see/edit what abandoned cart text messages you have activated, go in your CartBoss dashboard under Messages -> Abandoned cart:

How many text messages are sent?

It depends on how many text messages you have activated in your Dashboard. If a purchase is completed due to a text message from CartBoss, that person will no longer receive Abandoned cart text messages, even if more are configured to be sent after this one.
